What To Know Before You Begin
​Census Bureau data reports that in just 10 short years people over the age of 65 will outnumber children (<18) for the first time in history. As this transition occurs over the next 10 years, we all will feel the impact in our fragmented healthcare system.

The solution is one that is "non-medical" in nature, coming in the form of this new role sweeping the world, that of the 'doula' for people at the end of life. 
​Many of us have come to understand the role of the birth doula to help in emotional, practical and specific ways for the family during birth. The death doula, or end of life doula, will help in emotional, practical and specific ways for people and their families who are in their end days.

​This free training is a 5-day video series addressing some of the most common questions Deanna gets asked daily from people all over the world who are interested in this work. An email will arrive in your email inbox sharing the video lesson of that day, each one around 15 minutes. All you need to do is listen in as Deanna shares with you some important things to think about before you begin your journey as an end of life doula.
