1. Online Portal Access |

If you're having any trouble accessing the Online Portal, PLEASE read below:
- We suggest using only "Google Chrome" as your internet browser, if possible. Other internet browsers have been known to have intermittent functioning errors. Please first try installing Chrome if you are experiencing any difficulty in the Portal.
- If you need help resetting your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the Online Portal log in page OR we can help you with that! Email [email protected] to have us reset it for you. Please also read "Response Time" below to give a realistic expectation of when you can hear back from us on any inquiries.
- Inside the Online Portal under the "Getting Started" tab are helpful videos to guide you through navigating the Portal. Please watch them to get a batter understanding of how to access the course information and find what you need.
If you're viewing the Online Portal from your phone or mobile device, you will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to view the material after you've clicked on your desired section/lesson. Please watch the video below to see an example:

2. Receiving Emails |

Please read the instructions HERE on how to make sure our emails don't get sent to your spam filter. If you ever feel like you're missing a response from us, please first check your spam folder to make sure we haven't been routed there :)

3. Course Resources |
|
Please download and use the "Course Resources" document to reference as you work through the material. You will find this in the Online Portal under "Course Documents."
The resources in the material will be numbered and then you'll find that same number in the "Course Resources" document. If you ever click a link and it DOES NOT work, please do the following:

- Try copying and pasting the URL directly into your browser (instead of clicking within the PDF)
- If copying and pasting still does not work, please email Danielle directly so that she can test the link or find a replacement. Websites change their pages frequently, so it's very common that a link we have referenced has gone dead before we're able to update it. We check these resources every quarter--but aren't always able to catch them.

4. Response Time |
|
Response time for email inquiries is within 1-3 business days. Please understand that we are not always available for immediate responses to emails, especially on weekends. We have a FANTASTIC team here at QLC, but it is not large enough to provide 24/7 support. Our students are TOP priority and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!
